Average time for journal articles is 2-3 days. Average time for books is 10-14 days. If you are working against a deadline please indicate this information on the ILL request form, and we will do our best to obtain the needed material in time. RUSH requests (for urgent patient care) are usually received within 4-8 hours. RUSH requests are not available to students, as they are to be utilized by medical staff only.
